Cancellations
Moderate
- Cancel up to 30 days before the start of the booking and receive a full refund less the cancellation processing fee.
- Cancel between 30 and 10 days before the start of booking and receive 90% credit.
- Cancellations less than 10 days before start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Alejandro 5.0Nicole was an excellent communicator, she informed us thoroughly about everything we needed to know about the van and the journey, and was very responsive and kind. She even picked us up from the station. The van had everything we needed and more for the trip. The bed was very comfortable and everything worked as it should. We had an amazing experience and we would definitely rent again from Nicole!
